Garden View Place currently offers six, studio-style apartments for those diagnosed with
Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. In addition to the Memory Care project, renovation
will also occur in the main building. A new sunroom will be constructed at the end of the
northwest hallway to offer more social space for residents transitioning from Assisted Living
to Memory Care. The main community kitchen and dining room will also be remodeled to
create more room for seating and a better functioning space for meal preparation.
